This inertial sensor objective lameness measurement system (Lameness LocatorTM) objectively identifies and quantifies lameness in a horse.
During a lameness examination the system provides an impartial analysis of motion at 200 times per second (the human eye measures at 24 times a second) to formulate an evaluation that is viewed on a hand-held tablet.
Especially in complicated or multi-limb lameness this system provides immediate and unbiased data that can be used with the experienced eye of our veterinarians to simplify even the most perplexing cases.
Additionally it can be used to objectively quantify progress during the rehabilitation or after treatment.
